For the first time, we made the trip down to Eugene, OR to host a Thursday Night Throwdown Northwest. The Barn Light opened up their east location to baristas from all over Southern Oregon to come compete.
The Barn Light’s strength is not just in their coffee, but in their perfect combination of cool late night bar vibes and clean coffee aesthetic. They served beer, wine and cocktails while a DJ spun tunes.
Baristas went head to head pulling shots of Bespoken Coffee from Corvallis and steaming milk for a perfect silky smooth texture. It’s always incredible to come into a town with a growing coffee community and watch the specialty coffee culture thrive.
